Engraved. Unidentifiable copper halfpenny sized coin planed down and engraved by hand ISAAC BISSON...Engraved. Unidentifiable copper halfpenny sized coin planed down and engraved by hand ISAAC BISSON on one side and AMERICAN CONGRESS 1778 on the other. Very Fine. Light golden brown. Some marks, dated side dented at the top. Bisson is not in the D.A.B. nor was he a member of Congress or in the armed forces.
