The first two are individual India paper Proofs by Toppan, Carpenter, Casilear & Co., Philad. & New-York. The third and fourth are individual India paper Proofs by Toppan, Carpenter & Co., Philad. & New-York. The $1.00 note with early colonists approaching Indian camp, the Indians in fear. The $2.00 proof with Eliot Preaching to Indians, portrait of Rhodes at the lower right (penciled notation on the page side). The $5.00 proof with U.S. Frigate sailing right. The $10.00 proof with dog and safe at the top center, William Henry Harrison at the left and Henry Clay at the right. Haxby RI-410 G6, G14, G20, and G30; the first is SENC. A lovely set of proofs, all mounted on the corners on a scrapbook page (overall size 29.0cm by 29.0cm). The surfaces are bright and clean and there do not appear to be condition problems with the India paper. Each should be considered Choice except for the mounting. A lovely quartet.

Mounted on the verso of the page are three circulated Rhode Island notes: Burrillville Bank $1.00 Perkins type, Pawtuxet Bank $1.00 by Reed, and Mechanics and Manufacturers Bank of Providence $1.75 (altered bill). These average Fine and are also glue mounted.
