At the bottom left a cherub riding a sea serpent supports the ornately framed Bank Dept. die. At the far right a '2' counter on a shield. Haxby NY-940 G6 SENC. The issued notes used red protectors. Sharp corners and India paper adhering to two POC. Close to Gem.
