CONTINENTAL CONGRESS SEPTEMBER 26, 1778 RESOLUTION BLUE DETECTOR NOTES. Thirty Dollars, Forty Dollars,...CONTINENTAL CONGRESS SEPTEMBER 26, 1778 RESOLUTION BLUE DETECTOR NOTES. Thirty Dollars, Forty Dollars, Fifty Dollars, and Sixty Dollars. All are Blue Paper Counterfeit Detector Notes. Motifs and mottoes as used on the previous issues and April 11 1778 Yorktown Resolution notes as appropriate. A choice quartet of blue detector bills from this late Resolution. Printed on fairly thick blue paper stock (many earlier detectors were on thinner paper). All About Uncirculated or Crisp Uncirculated. The first is very boldly embossed, the Fifty Dollars is trimmed in severely along the bottom border cut, and the last note is close to Choice. Well matched for eye appeal. 4 pieces.
