Stretch and Leacock. Motif and motto as used on the May 10 1775 Session, November 29 1775 Resolution, February 17 1776, May 9 1776, July 22 1776, November 2 1776, February 26 1777, May 20 1777, and April 11 1778 notes. The lowest denomination on the Resolution. About Uncirculated. Boldly printed on both sides. Some heavy edge and upper left corner handling. Severely trimmed in at the lower right end; Seven Dollars. No.288620. Signed by I.[saac] Gray and John Helm. About Uncirculated. Lower left corner crease, heavy perimeter handling and corner rubs. Well printed and margined;

Eight Dollars. No.265349. Signed by W. Strech and Leacock. Extremely Fine Plus. Impressive and deeply printed. Bottom sheet fold and corner handling. Mostly well margined except at the right end which is slightly in; Twenty Dollars. No.89095. Face emblem as used on the May 10, 1775 notes and April 11, 1778 issue. I.[saac] All and R.[obert] Roberts [Jr.]. Light printing as typical. Extremely Fine Plus. Bottom sheet fold and handling. Trimmed in slightly at the left end. Glittering mica flecks and clean surfaces. Attractive and very sharp quartet from this available issue date. Fresh, well printed notes such as these are not commonplace. 4 pieces.

No Six Dollar notes were issued on this emission. The Twenty Dollars denomination had returned (absent since the May 10, 1775 Session notes) with the April 11, 1778 Yorktown issue.
