Continental Congress. November 2, 1776 Resolution. Thirty Dollars. No.14909. Signed by R.[ichard] Cromwell and J.[ames] Kelso. Motif and motto as used on the May 10 1775 Session, November 29 1775 Resolution, February 17 1776, May 9 1776, and July 22 1776 notes. Dual vignetted back as used on previous issues. A very attractive type note and the highest denomination on the Resolution. Crisp Uncirculated. Just enough perimeter handling from collectors over its 230 years on Earth to keep it from Choice. Great face centering with the back downwards slightly. Light upper right back corner pencil code.
Ex F.C.C. Boyd Estate.
The back design employs the motifs and mottoes used by Franklin on the $20 marbled edged notes from the May 10, 1775 Session.
