Continental Congress. November 2, 1776 Resolution. Seven Dollars. No.3825. Signed by Jas.[James] Walker...Continental Congress. November 2, 1776 Resolution. Seven Dollars. No.3825. Signed by Jas.[James] Walker and Ho.[ratio] Johnson. Motif and motto as used on the May 10 1775 Session, November 29 1775 Resolution, February 17 1776, May 9 1776, and July 22 1776 notes. A second boldly printed and sharp note from the 38XX region of serial numbers known on this issue. Essentially a new note as made. Choice About Uncirculated. Heavy enough edge handling on the bottom right to report it. However, as fresh and sharp as the majority purporting to be Gem Uncirculated in recent auctions. At one time, commonplace in the inventories of New York coin shops of yesteryear. Mr. Ford eluded the Jefferson nickel rolls in 1965 and plucked this from stock to put away for the collectors of today.

Ex New Netherlands Coin Company; Wayte Raymond Estate.
