Treasury of Virginia. May 7, 1781 Act. One Hundred Dollars or Thirty Pounds. No.9614. Signed by Stark,...Treasury of Virginia. May 7, 1781 Act. One Hundred Dollars or Thirty Pounds. No.9614. Signed by Stark, Lyne and Craig. Printed on laid paper. Uniface, standard size approximately 95mm by 75mm. Typeset, ornamental border cuts. Printed by John Dunlap, Philadelphia without an imprint. An exceptional note on the series. The Newman listing with all Uncirculated notes listed at $400 to $700 makes one believe they are available easily. However, that is not the case. Most notes on the Act are split or have other flaws. This note is very choice for the issue. Choice About Uncirculated. Light diagonal bend at the upper left and some trace handling by collectors over the generations only. Even and wide margins. Faint upper right back corner pencil code. A lovely note.

Ex F.C.C. Boyd Estate.
