The highest denomination on the Act and with the lowest print figure of 2,000 notes. This is the only example of this denomination in the collection in any form, issued or remainder. This note, with four signatures, appears fully issued and circulated moderately. About Extremely Fine. Soft crease and handling. Cut closely on all four sides with moderate corner handling. Tissue paper remnant near back top center edge.

The $20 notes seem to have been printed with the $2-$3-$4 panes, but with the plate partially masked out to make less of them and not waste paper or ink: both valuable items in a traditionally frugal society and state of wartime.
