With 2. 5% Interest, Due within Two Years. No.992. Signed by Greene and John Cole. Printed on thin paper. 75mm by 96mm. Printed on both sides, standard Rhode Island style. Within three border cuts are typeset texts, Rhode Island seal at left, signatures at bottom. Ornamental pattern back, 'ONE/POUND'. No imprint, printed by John Carter. Only 4,000 printed. A bright and vivid example. About Very Fine. Horizontal fold, long corner fold, and handling. The top is trimmed into the border cut with a nicked corner. Embossing shows to the back on the strong paper. Some scattered foxing on the face and back. Boyd pencil code at back bottom edge. High grade for the issue.
