Pattern floral border at the top and denomination at the left. The owl vignette in a circle. A second owl vignette type with excellent paper quality. Fine Plus. Quarter folded with handling. Still fairly bright. Well margined on all sides, but the lower left corner is chipped off and rounded in slightly. A dozen or so micro-narrow pinholes. A very attractive note.
