North Carolina Currency. April 2, 1776 Halifax Issue. One Sixteenth of a Dollar.  Butterfly Vignette....North Carolina Currency. April 2, 1776 Halifax Issue. One Sixteenth of a Dollar. Butterfly Vignette. No.11188. Signed by McCulloch and Bradford. Printed on laid paper. Small format size. Floral pattern at left. Fine to Very Fine. Vertical crease, sheet fold at right and other handling. Splitting at the top and bottom center. Lightly aged and no repairs as often seen. No back endorsements;

One Sixteenth of a Dollar. Nautilus Vignette. No.12006. Signed by McCulloch and Bradford. Printed on laid paper. Repeating pattern border at left. The paper is crisp, but split in half vertically with cloth backing strip. Otherwise Fine Plus. Short tear at right. Both notes match up well with each other. Both are quite tough to find. 2 pieces.
