Colony of New York. March 5, 1776. One Dollar. No.1150. Signed by William Willocks [?, faint in red] and A. Van Tuyl. Printed on thick stock. Ornate border cuts, New York Arms at the right. Back with small circular emblem at left with sheaf of wheat, motto ACERVUS E PARVIS GRANDIS. Imprint 'Printed by Samuel Loudon, in the Year M, DCC, LXXVI'. A second classic New York dollar note from this series. Crisp Uncirculated. A boldly printed note from a deeply inked plate. Some edge handling at the right. Paper bubble as made in the lower central field of the face. The face top margin is tight, the others broad. The back is shifted down and partially off the paper. The premium paper quality and strong printing make this quite sharp.
