Signed by Jacob Lansing, Jr., Jacob C. Ten Eyck, and Abraham Yates, Jr. [in red ink]. Printed on laid paper. Wide format. Uniface, typeset note with left end flourish with ornamental borders. The top of the sheet or strip with three wide margins and a full indent flourish at the left. Fine, but folded in eighths with splitting. These are backed old paper strips, but the paper quality overall is strong around splits. Moderate glue stains at the bottom and left. Well accomplished signatures including the bottom red one. Another great rarity on New York.
