Colony of New Jersey. March 25, 1776. Eighteen Pence. Plate A. No.6756. Signed by Deare, Rob't Smith and Jn. Johnston. Standard size, paper and designs. Choice Crisp Uncirculated. Well margined and deep red color. Premium note with light handling; Eighteen Pence. B. No.43239. Signed by Robt't Smith, Jn. Johnston, and Smyth. Crisp Uncirculated, but cut closely. Bright red Arms and handsome; Eighteen Pence. C. No.44881. Signed as last. Choice Crisp Uncirculated. Bold, vivid and well margined. Trivial handling and Gem in most other auctions. Mr. Ford did not toss the ''Gem'' word around much, merely referring to these as ''U+'' in his notes. 3 pieces.
