Georgia Constitution, motto PRO BONO PUBLICO, date '1777' below. Vignette signed 'ABERNATHIE SCULPSIT.' on plinth. Engraved panel at the left. Imprint at the bottom, 'Augusta: Printed by JOHN E. SMITH.' Generally the most available type from this series, but still quite scarce. Very Fine to Extremely Fine. Again, a few folds, but most are light. A strongly inked and well printed impression. Tightly margined and complete. A lovely type note from this very well engraved series.
