Millstone on Palm Tree. OPPRESSA SURGIT. Signed by Hohendorf, Chevalier, Wylly, Wade and O'Bryen. Printed on laid paper. About Extremely Fine and Choice. A lovely note with four vertical folds gathered together in the center, all rather light. Strong paper, bright paper with a vibrant seal. The blue color is sharp and the details are rich. Complete and even margins. Stupendous eye appeal and uncommon in this high state of preservation.
