Georgia. September 10, 1777. Three Dollars in Continental Currency. No.2404. Red seal. Frontiersman....Georgia. September 10, 1777. Three Dollars in Continental Currency. No.2404. Red seal. Frontiersman. Signed by Hohendorf, Chevalier, Wylly, Wade and O'Bryen. Printed on laid paper. About Extremely Fine. Four longer folds and a corner crease. However, calling this ''Very Fine'' or some subset of that is patently ridiculous. Bright, vivid with strong paper. The seal is again, like many note on this issue, strong and vivid. Great details and orange-red color. The margins are full to nearly ''boardwalk'' for this issue. A very short slit at the right edge, mostly confined to the wide margin. Faint Raymond pencil code on upper right back corner. Great eye appeal on a popular type.

Ex F.C.C. Boyd Estate; Wayte Raymond.
