Signed by Hohendorf, Chevalier, Wylly, Wade and O'Bryen. Printed on laid paper. A very sharp example and the sheet mate of the $4 note to follow (lot 8125). Extremely Fine and bordering to Choice.

Bold and bright with strong paper. A light vertical crease and some handling seen from the back. Another very richly detailed and vibrant orange-red seal with ship details sharp and well executed. Complete and even margins all around the perimeter with faintest hint of a foxing patch on the top edge. A solitary glassine stamp hinge on the back. Top notch quality for the series and type with the face appeal of a ''Choice Uncirculated'' note. A lovely note and worth a significant premium.
