Georgia. 1777. Five Spanish Milled Dollars. No.5218. Blue-Green seal. Cannon. ET DEUS OMNIPOTINCE....Georgia. 1777. Five Spanish Milled Dollars. No.5218. Blue-Green seal. Cannon. ET DEUS OMNIPOTINCE. Border variety (d). Signed by Andrew, Saltus, Stone, Wade and O'Bryen. Printed on laid paper. A second popular Cannon seal note with a different border variety. About Very Fine in terms of paper quality. The seal is deep blue and detailed, though slightly ''muddy'' around the motto. However, trimmed in significantly within the ornaments around the entire perimeter. The signature ink is a bit acidic. As such, not one of the most impressive seal notes in Ford-Boyd, but still an attractive cannon. Raymond pencil code at the upper right back corner. Very collectible at an affordable price.

Ex F.C.C. Boyd Estate; Wayte Raymond.
