A fourth Three Dollars type with a different border variety. About Extremely Fine or so. Evidence of three folds from the back. Bright, vivid and fresh. Excellent color and clear margins, but cut unevenly along the bottom. Not often seen in this condition until exceptional collections such as this are offered for sale.
