Printed on laid paper. About Very Fine. A hard vertical crease and light vertical folds. The paper a little on the ''soft'' side. However, bright paper and bold seal color. The motto is not discernible and struck from a late seal state. The margins are average with some trimming in at the left end and bottom left. Overall, an attractive note.
