COLONY OF CONNECTICUT NOTES, ALL BACKED ONTO CARDS. July 1, 1775. Two Shillings. No.7857. Signed by Williams, Hamlin, and Root. Very Fine. Short edge tear. Boyd code on back; Same Issue. Forty Shillings. No.4055. Signed by Seymour, Wyllys, and Payne. Extremely Fine. Three tips still mounted to the card. Pleasing from the face; June 19, 1776. Five Shillings. No.11323. Signed by Seymour. Appears to be Crisp Uncirculated. Tip mounted to the card; Same Issue. Forty Shillings. No.14469. Signed by Williams and Hamlin. Crisp Uncirculated. Vertical slash cancel (rough at bottom); June 1, 1780. Nine Pence. No.10676. Signed by Chester and Pitkin. Crisp Uncirculated. Central cut cancel. Raymond price on back of card; July 1, 1780. Nine Pence. No.3158. Signed by Chester and Pitkin. Extremely Fine, rumpled and appears uncancelled from the face;

Same Issue. Two Shillings and Six Pence. No.1124. Signed by Hamlin and Williams. Appears Crisp Uncirculated and not cancelled. All, mounted on thin white card stock. From the face these are very sharp-looking notes. Most have Raymond prices and cost on the back of the white cards. 7 pieces.
