Colony of Connecticut. June 7, 1776. Ten Shillings. No.22653[?]. Signed by Hamlin and Williams. Printed on thinner laid paper. Standard size, designs and imprint as prior series. Choice Almost Uncirculated, slash cancel in center; Fifteen Shillings. No.13447. Signed by Hamlin and Seymour. This denomination is scarcer we believe. Only 14,000 issued and given a premium value in Newman. Choice Crisp Uncirculated, slash cancel from the bottom. Though cut cancelled, these are sharp looking notes. 2 pieces.
