Signed by Payne, Seymour, and Wyllys. Printed on thick laid paper. Standard size, designs and imprint as prior series. There were 14,000 notes authorized. Choice Crisp Uncirculated. An uncanceled bill with some light toning. Lovely surfaces and very handsome. Another premium quality Connecticut bill. A perfect representative for a high end ''Thirteen Colony'' set. A vastly undervalued note in our opinion.
