Signed by Payne, Williams, and [?, faded red]. Printed on thick laid paper. Standard size, designs and imprint as prior series. Crisp Uncirculated. Very lightly toned, but a lovely note. Boldly impressed with deep embossing on both sides. This note is a real beauty and possibly the finest known of the issue and denomination. The series is not priced over Very Fine condition in Newman with good reason, as few notes achieve that grade or higher in even slash cancelled state.
