Signed by Payne, Williams, and Pitkin. Printed on thick laid paper. Standard size, designs and Green imprint on back. A very sharp and uncancelled bill. Crisp Uncirculated. Lightly toned overall. Well margined with petty corner rubs, mostly at the lower right. Very faint glue remnant tone spots seen at the top corners. An exceptional note on the issue date.
