Flowing tint from reddish-brown at left face to deep green at the right end. Defiant eagle on rock. New York Bank Note Co. (Waterman Lily Ormsby). Haxby DC-255 G2 and G4. Fabulous patriotic, Union style notes. Very unusual tinting pattern not seen on other note series from the other New York banknote companies. Both Extremely Fine due to handling. Both with the look of Choice Uncirculated. 2 pieces.
