Signed by Edw.[ard] Roberts, Job Bacon and Lindsay Coats. Printed on rigid stock. Vertical format, approximately 75mm by 85mm. Face in red and black, Penn Arms at right. Back is perpendicular to face, wide view of Philadelphia Workhouse surrounded by red texts. Imprint upside down at top 'Printed by Hall and Sellers'. There were 1,667 of this plate position and denomination printed. Crisp Uncirculated. Closely margined, but bright and vivid. Superbly deep embossing. Very minor back top corner paper remnants.
