A second superb quality note signed by John Morton, consecutive to the last example and its sheet mate. Crisp Uncirculated and most would call this Choice or Gem. Exceptional paper quality. Bold, vivid with tremendous embossing. The margins are a shade close in spots and the serial ink is heavy and shows to the back. However, clearly one of the finest John Morton signed notes in existence. There may have been a small hoard of these long ago. However, that was when coffee was a nickel a cup and the bone china to serve it in was allowed catastrophically near the notes. Now, neither is true!
