North Carolina Currency. April 2, 1776 Halifax Issue. One Fourth of a Dollar.  Monogram NCSN in White...North Carolina Currency. April 2, 1776 Halifax Issue. One Fourth of a Dollar. Monogram NCSN in White Script Vignette. No.3930. Signed by Sumner and Webb. Printed on laid paper. Small format size. Denomination in banner left and counterfeit warning at right. Fine to Very Fine. Vertical crease and a few light, mostly corner folds. There are some small chips and splits on the top and bottom edge that are paper reinforced with paper strips. The note presents a clean face.
