Eight Shillings. No.2927. Signed by Hicks and Watts, Jr. Printed on two part stock, the face thin white and the back coarse brown board. Typeset, red banner at top with red ornamental border. Black texts with red denomination. Back with Colles' steam operated pump. Imprint 'Printed by H. Gaine' at the left. Extremely wide top and bottom margins. Choice About Uncirculated. Bold and vivid colors. Handling mostly confined to the outer extremities of the wide margins.

Ex F.C.C. Boyd Estate.

The bottom margin shows the two part paper construction with the white face sheeting being nearly an eighth of an inch wider than the back, brown coarse sheet.
