Colony of New Jersey. March 25, 1776. Six Shillings. Plate A. No.25234. Signed by Rob't Smith, Jn. Johnston, and Smyth. Printed on thick stock. Standard size and designs, Arms in smaller size at lower left. Nature printed leaf back. Burlington printed by Isaac Collins. Jumbo margins on all sides. Choice Crisp Uncirculated. Light toning around the signatures. A pinhole at the far right in the widest extremity;

Six Shillings. Plate B. No.25233. Signed by Rob't Smith, Jn. Johnston, and Smyth. Printed on thick stock. Standard size and designs, Arms in larger size at lower left. Nature printed leaf back. Burlington printed by Isaac Collins. Jumbo margins as last. Gem Crisp Uncirculated and a beauty. Bold colors and evenly centered on the face. The back shows a light foxing patch from an old hinge. Top notch for the series and type. 2 pieces.

The Six Shilling notes used two different cuts of the Coat of Arms. The smaller style is on the plate A notes and the larger is on the Plate B notes.
