State of Georgia. October 16, 1786. Ten Shillings. No.17210. Signed by Jones, Freeman and Steele....State of Georgia. October 16, 1786. Ten Shillings. No.17210. Signed by Jones, Freeman and Steele. Printed on watermarked paper manufactured by Honig & Zoonen. Larger size format with three signatures, approximately 160mm by 80mm. Georgia Constitution, motto PRO BONO PUBLICO, date '1777' below. Slightly different vignette than other denominations with a tall base on the urn. Vignette signed 'ABERNATHIE SCULPSIT.' on plinth. Engraved panel at the left. Imprint at the bottom, 'Augusta: Printed by JOHN E. SMITH.' Very Fine.

A few vertical and horizontal folds, all light and still very bright and vivid. Well margined on three sides, however the upper right has been shaved in somewhat in a jagged fashion. The technical grade is a bit unfair as the note is still very handsome.
