Signed by John Hart, Signer of the Declaration of Independence, Sam How and Sam'l Tucker. Printed on thick stock. Standard size and designs, Arms at lower left. Ornate border cuts. Printed leaf back. Burlington printed by Isaac Collins. Fully issued. Choice About Uncirculated. Bold and crisp, some heavier handling at the left and seen on the back. Cut closely, but superior to most on this issue date. A very bold Hart signature.
