Capstan frame, reminiscent of a ship's wheel, encircles a gold plated host coin. Reverse with crown, wreath, and date in gold, center smoothed and OCT 11th 1899 hand-engraved, background fiery blood red. Neat pinback and clasp combination on back of frame holding the host coin.
