Faint silver-blue enameled portrait of Columbus with legends and denomination in the same color, dentils as well, a few dentils missing the cloisonné, deep royal blue background. Pinback intact on reverse of host coin. Far and away one of the loveliest specimens in the collection, certainly as far as aesthetics and contrast are concerned.
