A bright, clean note with considerable freshness and only a couple of faint foxing spots on the face. The design borders are complete, though the lower right side is trimmed very tight on the face. A truly lovely example of this popular Fugio design, with a bold signature of Benjamin Brannan in red ink. Off the market for decades and worthy of placement in a fine collection of Continental notes.
