 1854-O AU-50 (NGC). Light yellow surfaces. Somewhat lightly struck at the centers. Popular and in demand as the only New Orleans coin of this denomination. Just 24,000 were struck, of which most have disappeared.

This volume is nicely produced, is in full color, and will give you a virtual instruction course in the title subject. In brief, if you want to be an expert, spend the weekend curled up with this book, and that will happen!
