Printed on watermarked paper manufactured by Honig & Zoonen. Georgia Constitution, motto PRO BONO PUBLICO, date '1777' below. Slightly different with a base on the urn. Vignette signed 'ABERNATHIE SCUPSIT.' on plinth. Engraved panel at the left. Imprint at the bottom, 'Augusta: Printed by JOHN E. SMITH'. Extremely Fine. Broadly margined and bright. A trivial edge tear at the top. A minor ''jag'' at the top left of the broad margin.
