Printed on watermarked paper manufactured by Honig & Zoonen. Georgia Constitution, motto PRO BONO PUBLICO, date '1777' below. Vignette signed 'ABERNATHIE SCUPSIT.' on plinth. Engraved panel at the left. Imprint at the bottom, 'Augusta: Printed by JOHN E. SMITH'. A second example. About Extremely Fine. More handling than the last, but still looks new. The top and bottom are both close. Part of the paper maker's name visible at the left vertical. Back hinge remnants.
