Signed by Telfair, Gibbons and Ewen. A third example with different signatures. Fine or so. Typical, hard folds with slight juncture split in the center. Lower corners rounded and slightly rough. Pencil code on the verso.

Edward Telfair was a member of the Continental Congress and was later a signer of the Articles of Confederation. William Gibbons was also a Continental Congressman and was the Acting Governor of Georgia in 1775.
