'Good to the bearer for TWELVE 1/2 CTS. at the Post Office in Tallahassee, payable in postage or Current Bank Notes'. Imprint of 'New England Bank Note Co. Cassidy 365. Freeman 48; Rarity 7. Another wonderful note from the engraved series of notes by NEBN. Any problems are easy to ignore. Must be called Fine. A superb note for the specialist in several obsolete currency genres.
