Wreath, SECOND PRESIDENCY OF GEO. WASHINGTON. Struck by Matthew Boulton's Soho Mint, Birmingham. Dark brown in color on both sides. Obverse field tics, rims damaged in places, dented on the reverse, a mount may possibly have been removed from the top.
