Louis Jean Joseph Pericles Delinois was born in Haiti. He was a shop-owner from 1874, a rumshopkeeper from 1885 and a plantation-owner from 1886 -- raising coffee and cocoa. In 1902, he became a butcher. Delinois ordered tokens to the amount of $420. From their appearance, these post-1887 tokens were likely made in England.
