1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 33.9-s.2. Draped Bust Left. 129.0 gns. About Uncirculated. Glossy deep chestnut brown surfaces are boldly lustrous, with hints of ruddy tones in the protected areas. As with so many Draped Bust Left Connecticuts, this coin exhibits a few minor planchet flaws in addition to striking weakness in the centers of both sides. Although not a particularly rare die variety, this coin would make a lovely specimen for inclusion in a Colonial type set.
