 1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 32.8-aa (R-6). Draped Bust Left. About Good to Very Good. A ghost of the legends is visible on the obverse, while the reverse is much stronger, but for the date. Surfaces are dark brown and lightly grainy, with lighter brown highlights and a few stray marks on the devices and legends. Here is a great specimen for the collector seeking completeness in his or her Connecticut variety set.
