1786 Connecticut Copper. Miller 5.7-H.1 (R-6-). Mailed Bust Left. 129.3 gns. Very Fine to Extremely Fine. The obverse is an attractive, medium brown hue with some minor porosity and a few minor, inherent planchet flakes. The reverse also exhibits some planchet flaws, in addition to some surface corrosion and pitting in and around the devices. The date is mostly present, and this pedigreed coin's overall appeal is much better than it sounds on paper. Here is a wonderful specimen for the variety collector.
