1883 Quarter Dollar. Recut date. Brilliant Uncirculated. Here is a pale silver example with flashy mint frost and a light area of toning at the upper left obverse. This toning was possibly caused by a rubber band. The recut date can be seen within the first '8' of the date using magnification. SEGS MS61 Rubber Band Strip.
