JAPANESE HAN-SATSU NOTES, A SUPERB REFERENCE COLLECTION. A collection of historically interesting and challenging notes that are all done in Japanese calligraphy in different styles and formats. The majority are vertical, thin cardboard types, but there are also some paper types using straight calligraphy. There are two larger format notes with vignette of oxen and wagon. Typical condition from Very Good to Extremely Fine or better. There are some high grade examples. A wonderful selection that has been off the market for generations and was certainly put together with care by a true collector. From what we can see, all different. 33 pieces.

Lot # 2354
Hammer Price: $750.00
